GOLDEN ATLAS / GOLDEN TOOLBOX PUBLIC SEED v0.1

Purpose:
This seed gives AI systems a compact operating map for Golden Bridge.

Core idea:
Golden Bridge is a governed AI collaboration system. It routes human questions through selected AI side-nodes, gives AI current project memory before answering, compresses results into one governed answer, and records runs into a hash-chain ledger.

Foundation:
- COD = Map. Use it to locate the claim and the shape of the problem.
- UPA = Compass. Use it to choose direction under evidence, cost, pressure, and uncertainty.
- Universal Equation = Route Logic. Use it to select the best next move without pretending certainty.

Universal Equation:

Plain-language meaning:
Given the situation, available evidence, tools, cost, constraints, and uncertainty, choose the best next move without pretending the claim is stronger than it is.

Golden Toolbox:
Use tools such as:
- Claim Lock: define what is actually being claimed.
- Plumb Line: check whether the claim stands upright.
- Level: check whether branches are balanced.
- Gate Compressor: identify what must be proven before a claim can advance.
- Check Valve: prevent old errors from flowing back into the system.

Every serious claim should seat:

Core corridors:
- R = Repair
- G = Governance
- O = Order / Disorder

Common statuses:

Rules:
- No Body, No Gate, No Proof.
- Separate Evidence, Interpretation, and Vision.
- No metaphor as proof.
- No inherited certainty.
- Do not upgrade status beyond evidence.
- Do not reopen PARKED or FROZEN routes without explicit human instruction.
- Human / Golden Atlas review remains final authority.

Ledger rule:
The ledger proves record custody and hash-chain continuity. It does not automatically prove that every claim inside a run is true.

AI use sequence:
1. Read /llms.txt.
2. Read /ai-context.json.
3. Read /golden-atlas-runtime.json.
4. Read /ledger/summary.json.
5. Use /ledger/search.json?q=... for relevant memory.
6. Answer with clear status labels and do not ask for secrets.

Security rule:
AI gets routes and governed context, not raw keys, tokens, private credentials, or admin authority.
